We offer places on a first come, first served basis from the waiting list to parents as they become available. This will be undertaken in a fair and unbiased manner, in order of application, except for emergency admissions.

Parents/carers will be encouraged to submit their request for a place on a Registration Form (attached) followed by a non-refundable registration fee of £65. The details of this request will be placed on the waiting list in the order of application. Once the registration is in place, written correspondence will be conveyed regularly to inform the applicants place on the waiting list and when applicable confirmation of a place.

If the parent/carer agrees to take up a place at Bo-Peep, a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions and a deposit of £750 is required in order to secure the child’s place, which is refundable from the last term's fees or fees in lieu of a terms's notice of leaving. On receipt of the deposit and the Terms and Condition form, the place will be confirmed in writing. Planned visits and settling in sessions will be arranged for parents and the child prior to starting at the school including a recommended home visit.

We aim to confirm places at the earliest possible time, this no later than a term before commencing at the school.

Early Years Educational Grant

The school office will make the application on behalf of the parent/carer for all 3 and 4 year olds. The funding is applicable from the term after their third birthday. This amount will be deducted from the termly fees in advance.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers and are currently set up with a number of schemes. A new application can take up to two-three weeks to set up so please allow sufficient time for payment to clear on time.
